So glad I bought it. Using this neck massager for 15-20 minutes tremendously helps loosen tight neck muscles. I sit at a computer all day at work and get frequent tension headaches, at the end of a long day spending 15-20 minutes with this neck massager brings great relief. This massagers are very soothing and I can feel them working out the knots in my neck. This product works so well it almost puts me to sleep. Definitely money well spent!

I'm really enjoying my work out with the body trim machine its awesume so im so please that i decided to keep the machine....but there is an concern that i have... im started to feel pain around my hip and waist is that normal can someone tell me that its okay and also i feel itchy while im on the machine is that wierd? Im on the machine everyday i hope that is okay too.

The exercise machine is great, i use it daily, i would like to see some kind of manual with the machine that gives more info, and maybe a few recipes to help with diet, also info on what happens with over use like the side effects etc, over all a great product.
